REMOTE SENSING Radar Interferometry: Deformation analysis with ground and satellite based platforms (InSAR). Experience with ROIPAC and Gamma software packages. LiDAR: Deformation and as-built analysis using terrestrial and airborne laser scanning studies. Historical air photo interpretation and feature offset tracking. TEAM MANAGEMENT, PROJECT COORDINATION, AND MARKET AWARENESS Experience leading and developing high-performing interdisciplinary teams. Control of project budgets, resource allocation, milestone achievement, and market feasibility. Extensive personal network of geospatial experts, management contacts, agency connections.
