Abstract:
A fenestration opening is provided with opposing receptors on opposite sides of the fenestration opening. Each of the receptors is configured to capture and opposing end of a glazed panel with a capture feature or features on each receptor that hold the respective end of the glazed panel from moving laterally, in or out of the fenestration opening. The glazed panel is installed by angling the glazed panel with respect to the fenestration opening and inserting one end of the glazed panel into engagement with one of the receptors, then moving the opposite end of the glazed panel so that the panel is aligned between the receptors, and then moving the panel so that the opposite end of the receptor is captured by the opposite receptor.

Abstract:
A packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) system includes a wall sleeve in which a chassis is mounted. The wall sleeve includes a bottom configured as a drain pan to collect condensate from the chilling components of the chassis. At a side wall of the wall sleeve there is an aperture configured to allow a person to insert a treatment pellet. The treatment pellet is water soluble and contains an antimicrobial component that prevent or inhibits the growth of biological material that could obstruct the drain system of the wall sleeve and PTAC. A rotating cover is positioned at the side wall to normally cover the aperture and prevent foreign objects from entering the PTAC, but the rotating cover can be rotated so that a hole in the rotating cover aligns with the aperture, allowing insertion of the treatment pellet.

Abstract:
A packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) system includes a wall sleeve in which a chassis is mounted. The wall sleeve includes a bottom configured as a drain pan to collect condensate from the chilling components of the chassis. The floor of the drain pan includes a reservoir that extends downward from the floor. The floor slopes downward from the sides of the bottom to the reservoir so that water falling onto the floor flows toward and into the reservoir where it is retained until the height of the water in the reservoir exceed a rim around the drain opening. The rim further prevents treatment pellets from falling into the drain so that they can dissolve in the water captured by the reservoir until the water level of the reservoir flushes the treated water into the drain.

Abstract:
A packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) system includes a wall sleeve in which a chassis is mounted. The chassis includes the major electrical and mechanical components for the evaporator and condenser sections, and includes a pan that collects condensate from the evaporator section for use in cooling the condenser coil. The sleeve includes one or more guide openings in a sidewall, and correspondingly mounted guide structures inside the sleeve that are configured to guide spheroid-shaped treatment pellets into different portions of the PTAC system to suppress or inhibit microbial growth. This arrangement obviates the need to partially disassemble the PTAC unit to remove the chassis so that treatment pellets can be placed into the PTAC unit. The bottom of the wall sleeve includes a drain reservoir and is sloped to direct water on the bottom to the drain reservoir.
A glass transportation assembly with a plurality of wheels, a lower glass-resting portion having a frame with the plurality of wheels coupled thereto, and an upper glass-resting portion having an upright member defining a glass-resting surface substantially orthogonal to a glass-resting surface on the frame having a glass-resting surface. The frame has a first and second plurality of discontinuous strap holders that are substantially aligned with one another and each define a channel with channel openings oriented in respective directions facing the rear and front ends of the frame, wherein the channel and channel openings sized to receive a 4″ strap. The first and second plurality of discontinuous strap holders are disposed at respective left and right ends of the frame for lifting and transportation.
Window And Door Sub-Sill And Frame Adapter And Method Of Attaching A Sill
An apparatus and method for attaching a window or door sill to a building support structure is provided. The apparatus includes a rectangular frame that is attachable to a building support structure and provides an upper surface for a sill, to be securely attached to the apparatus. The apparatus thereby provides a raised surface with which to attach the sill. The apparatus includes a lip, which helps align the sill along the upper surface of the apparatus, and also helps prevent water intrusion. The apparatus further includes a support vein that runs through the center and along the length of the apparatus to provide added support strength.

Abstract:
An apparatus and mounting arrangement supports infrastructure in slabs. The apparatus includes a lower section () that provides stability and is further able to communicate information about the apparatus or mounting arrangement after the slab has been formed around the apparatus. The apparatus further includes an upper section (), that when combined with the lower section (), is capable of holding a plurality of infrastructure items at a predefined distance above a base level. The upper section () is further provided with a portion () that will extend above the upper surface of the slab to communicate the presence of the apparatus after the slab has been poured.
