I founded and presided INSTA in 2007. We were able to gather around 50 international students, raising cultural awareness and reinforcing the importance of diversity on campus. We held several activities, being the most important ones the "International Nights" - events based on a specific country's culture represented by students at St. Mary's. I also held the "Secretary of Social Justice" position at the CSG raising awareness on pro-life issues. Finally, I wrote several articles on politics and economic issues for The Rattler Newspaper, and organized conferences for the PPC - the most important set of conferences at St. Mary's University.
