GO TO THE YOUNG GROUPAnne Sullivan Young is a top Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens, and Senior Partner of The Young Group, a sales and marketing group which specializes in the representation of fine properties and new development condominiums. In addition to her brokerage activities, Anne will focus on expanding the Brown Harris Stevens portfolio of luxury new development buildings. A specialist in high-end properties, Anne has brokered the sale of billions of dollars of townhouses and apartments in some of New York's most desirable buildings. She started her real estate career at the Corcoran Group in 1991, where she quickly earned the firm's Rookie of the Year designation. Consistently honored for her sales accomplishments in the years that followed, she was during one stage credited with having brokered what was then the most expensive apartment ever sold in Manhattan. Featured in the February 2011 and May 2010 issues of Avenue magazine as one of New York's real estate elite, she was honored with a 2010 and 20 over 40 and award for the industry's twenty most influential people over forty. Anne's wide range of New York residential real estate sales and executive experience has yielded a rich perspective and unique network of relationships that is largely unmatched in the industry. Previously a Senior Managing Director of Corcoran Sunshine, Anne oversaw the marketing and sale of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of new development condominium buildings. Prior to the creation of the combined Corcoran Sunshine entity, she served as Executive Vice President of Sales for the Sunshine Group, where she personally managed the selection, education and management of each sales team member for all of the development sites. Her past projects are among Manhattan's most prominent and successful new development properties, including: Manhattan House, The Lucida, 535 West End Avenue, 40 Bond Street, One Beacon Court, 40 Mercer Street, 50 Gramercy Park North, 15 Broad Street, 110 CPS, 310 East 53rd Street and The Rushmore. Prior to that, Anne served as Executive Vice President and Director of West Side Sales for Brown Harris Stevens, where she led a community of dedicated, informed and highly successful sales professionals. Anne is a sought after industry mentor and a dedicated and involved member of the real estate community. A frequent speaker on the state of the Manhattan residential market, the Real Estate Board of New York has invited Anne to teach the New York Residential Specialist class, in which participants are individually selected from an elite candidate pool--she is herself an inaugural graduate of this New York State master licensing program. Anne is also a member and past Co-Chair of the Real Estate Board of New York Committee for Education, and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Eastside Committee.
