Carl B. Feldbaum (born circa 1944) is an American businessman and lawyer. He was the president of the Biotechnology Industry Organization from 1993 until he retired in 2004. [1]

In 1973, fresh out of law school, Feldbaum joined the United States Justice Department task forced charged with investigating the Watergate scandal.
