General Background. Prior to joining Pacific Union as a real estate broker in 1992, David was a marketing executive of large accounts and a product launch at IBM where he honed the marketing skills that he now uses. Before that, he was a construction manager responsible for large scale projects at the Dillingham Corporation. David holds an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and a BS in civil engineering from U.C. Davis.
