Skills:
Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); office and clerk skills such as professionally answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.; mastery of customer service skills (effectively, respectfully, and politely speaking and listening to others when dealing with certain issues and mishaps); ability to work with several operating systems, including Windows and Mac; ability to appropriately handle checks and cash when dealing with the public; experience with working extremely well in a fast pace, overpopulated environment; mastery of professionally and politely dealing with the public.
