Nutritional compositions in a dry powder, bar, and gel form including a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose and one or more proteins. Further compositions include maltodextrin, fructose, whey protein, and a standardized amount of an extract selected from the group consisting of green tea, pomegranate, and mangosteen.
